On February 16, 2022, DOE published a Request for Information (RFI) on the Clean Hydrogen Electrolysis Program and the Clean Hydrogen Manufacturing Recycling Research, Development, and Demonstration Program : Source

On March 15, 2023, DOE announced the availability of $750 million over five years through the Clean Hydrogen Electrolysis Program and the Clean Hydrogen Manufacturing Recycling Research, Development, and Demonstration Program .
