Description:

For financial assistance to eligible entities for research, development, demonstration, and commercialization projects to increase the reuse and recycling of wind energy technologies, with special consideration given to projects that recover critical materials.

Eligible entities include institutions of higher education, National Laboratories, Federal research agencies, State research agencies, research agencies associated with a territory or freely associated state, Indian Tribes, Tribal organizations, Native Hawaiian community-based organizations, nonprofit research organizations, industrial entities, or any other entities, as determined by the Secretary of Energy.
