Description:
To establish a collaborative-based, landscape-scale restoration program to restore water quality or fish passage on Federal land, including Tribal forest land or rangeland. The program will solicit and fund 5-year projects to restore fish passage or water quality, prioritizing projects that result in the most miles of streams being restored for the lowest amount of federal funding. The program will also publish a report on all of the priority watersheds on National Forest System land.
