Funding for States, Tribes, and other entities to design, study, and construct of aquatic ecosystem restoration and protection projects. Projects will improve the health of fisheries, wildlife, or aquatic habitats, including through habitat restoration and improved fish passage through the removal or bypass of barriers to fish passage.
