Implementation Status/Rulemaking:   

On April 25, 2023, the Delta Regional Authority (DRA) announced the availability of $29.5 million in funding for project grants through the 2023 Community Infrastructure Fund, $14,723,675 of which comes from the IIJA. Other funding comes from the FY2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act. The funding cycle opens April 24, 2023 and applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Source

On August 28, 2023, DRA announced a $3.5 million in Community Infrastructure Fund grant for Stanton, Tennessee Source

On November 30, 2023, DRA announced $31 million in Community Infrastructure Fund grants to 34 projects. A full list of grantees is available here
