Description:
Competitive grant program for local, state, tribal governments or water authorities for the planning, design, and construction of large-scale projects that reclaim and reuse wastewater, impaired groundwater, or surface water in a Reclamation State. The Federal share of the cost of any project can not exceed 25 percent of the total cost of the project. The authority to carry out this section ends on November 15, 2026.
Reclamation States are Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
