On May 8, 2023, EPA published a Request for Information (RFI) on zero-emissions heavy-duty vehicles and port equipment to inform the development of the Clean Ports Program and Clean Heavy-Duty Vehicles Program (Section 60101). The comment period closed June 5, 2023. Source

EPA anticipates releasing a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) in late winter 2024.
