NOAA opened the competitive funding opportunity on June 20, 2023. Letters of intent were due August 28, 2023. 120 applicants were invited to submit a full proposal. Applications are due February 13, 2024. Source

TCS Notes:

Track One will support Regional Collaborative Building and Strategy Development ($25 million) and Track Two will support the Implementation of Resilience and Adaptation Actions ($550 million), with a focus on implementing transformational climate adaptation actions.
