Description

The Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP), established in 1995, awards research grants to federal and private organizations for projects to develop and validate technologies that address Department of Defense priority environmental and installation energy requirements. To be eligible, technologies must have completed successful laboratory testing.
