Description
Beginning in FY2022, the Forest Resource Information and Analysis line item provides funding for congressionally directed spending, including funding aimed at wildfire prevention and protection. Examples from FY2026 include $3.5 million to the Alaska Division of Forestry and Fire Protection for Fuels Reduction Projects and Community Wildfire Protection Plans and $2.5 million to the Oregon Department of the State Fire Marshal for Statewide Wildfire Risk Reduction.Appropriations
